Chính sách này áp dụng cho trang giới thiệu sản phẩm ZlyCloud Defense và biểu mẫu đăng ký nhận tư vấn trên trang. 2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
Thông tin bạn chủ động cung cấp khi gửi biểu mẫu đăng ký tư vấn:

Khoảng số thiết bị cần bảo vệ
Công cụ bảo mật đang dùng (chọn theo nhóm, không nêu chi tiết)
Thông tin thu thập tự động khi bạn gửi biểu mẫu:

Địa chỉ trang bạn đang xem và các tham số nguồn truy cập (utm, ref, gclid, fbclid)

Trang không thu thập địa chỉ IP của bạn bằng mã chạy trong trình duyệt. Địa chỉ IP được hệ thống máy chủ của ZlyCloud ghi nhận từ thông tin kết nối khi tiếp nhận biểu mẫu, phục vụ chống gian lận và đo lường quảng cáo.

4. Cookie và công nghệ theo dõi
Trang có thể sử dụng Meta Pixel để đo lường hiệu quả quảng cáo trên Facebook và Instagram. Khi bạn gửi biểu mẫu, một sự kiện đăng ký được ghi nhận kèm mã sự kiện duy nhất để tránh đếm trùng. Cookie _fbc và _fbp do Meta Pixel tạo có thời hạn 90 ngày. Bạn có thể chặn cookie trong cài đặt trình duyệt mà vẫn gửi được biểu mẫu bình thường.
5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên thứ ba
Hệ thống xử lý của ZlyCloud: dữ liệu biểu mẫu được gửi về máy chủ do ZlyCloud vận hành để đội tư vấn tiếp nhận.
Meta (Facebook, Instagram): dữ liệu đo lường quảng cáo (email đã băm một chiều, mã sự kiện, cookie quảng cáo, user agent, địa chỉ IP) có thể được gửi tới Meta qua Meta Pixel và Conversions API để đo lường chuyển đổi.
Google Fonts: trang tải phông chữ Inter từ máy chủ Google, khi đó Google ghi nhận yêu cầu tải kèm địa chỉ IP của bạn.
Chúng tôi không bán, không cho thuê dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bất kỳ bên nào.
6. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
Dữ liệu đăng ký được lưu trên hạ tầng do ZlyCloud quản lý, giới hạn quyền truy cập cho nhân sự tư vấn và kỹ thuật có trách nhiệm. Email dùng cho đo lường quảng cáo được băm một chiều (SHA-256) trước khi gửi tới Meta, Meta không nhận email dạng đọc được.
7. Quyền của bạn

1. Introduction
This policy applies to the ZlyCloud Defense product page and the consultation request form on that page. ZlyCloud respects your privacy and collects only the data needed for consultation, service delivery and advertising measurement, in line with applicable personal data protection law.
This document covers the scope of the ZlyCloud Defense product only and supplements ZlyCloud's general Privacy Policy. The general policy is the governing document: where the two conflict, the general policy prevails. Anything not covered here follows the general policy.
2. Information we collect

Information collected automatically when you submit the form:
Browser identification string (user agent)
The address of the page you are viewing and traffic source parameters (utm, ref, gclid, fbclid)

Event ID and the time the form was submitted
This page does not collect your IP address through code running in your browser. Your IP address is recorded by ZlyCloud's servers from connection metadata when the form is received, for fraud prevention and advertising measurement.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies
This page may use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance on Facebook and Instagram. When you submit the form, a registration event is recorded with a unique event ID to prevent double counting. The _fbc and _fbp cookies created by the Meta Pixel last 90 days. You can block cookies in your browser settings and still submit the form normally.
5. Sharing data with third parties
ZlyCloud processing systems: form data is sent to servers operated by ZlyCloud so that the consulting team can receive it.
Meta (Facebook, Instagram): advertising measurement data (one-way hashed email, event ID, advertising cookies, user agent, IP address) may be sent to Meta through the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API to measure conversions.
Google Fonts: the page loads the Inter typeface from Google's servers, and Google records that request along with your IP address.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
6. Storage and security
Registration data is stored on infrastructure managed by ZlyCloud, with access limited to the consulting and engineering staff responsible for it. Email addresses used for advertising measurement are one-way hashed (SHA-256) before being sent to Meta; Meta does not receive readable email addresses.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, withdrawal of consent for, and deletion of the personal data you have provided. Send requests through the contact channel in section 8 and we will handle them within the statutory time limit.
