Khi sử dụng trang giới thiệu ZlyCloud Defense, gửi biểu mẫu đăng ký tư vấn hoặc kích hoạt dịch vụ trong dashboard ZlyCloud, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây. Nếu không đồng ý, vui lòng ngừng sử dụng trang và dịch vụ.
Văn bản này là điều khoản riêng cho sản phẩm ZlyCloud Defense, bổ sung cho Điều khoản dịch vụ chung của ZlyCloud. Bản chung là văn bản gốc: khi hai bản mâu thuẫn, bản chung được ưu tiên áp dụng, trừ hai ngoại lệ được nêu đích danh tại mục 4 và mục 8 dưới đây. Nội dung nào không nêu tại văn bản này thì áp dụng theo bản chung.
2. Mô tả dịch vụ
ZlyCloud Defense là phần mềm phát hiện và phản hồi mối nguy an ninh mạng (EDR/XDR) do ZlyCloud phân phối, gồm agent cài trên thiết bị, giám sát tài khoản cloud qua các tích hợp được hỗ trợ và giao diện quản trị trên dashboard ZlyCloud. Phạm vi tính năng theo mô tả tại trang sản phẩm và tài liệu hướng dẫn tại thời điểm sử dụng.
Các mốc thời gian xử lý nêu trên trang (ví dụ thời gian phân tích khoảng 5 đến 10 phút) là năng lực điển hình, thay đổi theo từng sự cố, không phải cam kết mức dịch vụ (SLA). Không giải pháp an ninh nào loại bỏ hoàn toàn rủi ro, dịch vụ giúp phát hiện sớm và phản hồi nhanh hơn, không bảo đảm ngăn chặn mọi cuộc tấn công.
3. Đăng ký và trách nhiệm người dùng
Cung cấp thông tin chính xác khi đăng ký tư vấn và khi kích hoạt dịch vụ
Chỉ cài agent lên thiết bị thuộc quyền quản lý hợp pháp của bạn hoặc tổ chức của bạn
Không dùng dịch vụ vào mục đích vi phạm pháp luật, xâm nhập trái phép hệ thống của bên khác
Tự bảo quản thông tin đăng nhập tài khoản ZlyCloud của mình
4. Giá và thanh toán
Dịch vụ tính phí theo thiết bị, trả trước theo tháng hoặc theo năm bằng Credit qua Ví ZlyCloud, nạp bằng USDT trên mạng TRON (TRC-20). Giá trị quy đổi Credit có thể thay đổi theo thị trường tại thời điểm nạp. Bạn có thể hủy bất cứ lúc nào. Nhu cầu xuất hóa đơn vui lòng liên hệ qua kênh tư vấn trước khi thanh toán.
Ngoại lệ có chủ đích so với Điều khoản dịch vụ chung: (a) phương thức thanh toán của ZlyCloud Defense là Credit qua Ví ZlyCloud nạp bằng USDT TRC-20, thay cho các phương thức nêu tại mục 5.3 của bản chung; (b) phí đã trả trước cho kỳ dịch vụ đang chạy không hoàn lại, kể cả gói năm, không áp dụng cơ chế hoàn tiền pro-rata trong 30 ngày đầu nêu tại mục 5.5 của bản chung, trừ khi có thỏa thuận khác bằng văn bản.
5. Quyền sở hữu trí tuệ
Toàn bộ nội dung, hình ảnh, nhãn hiệu ZlyCloud và ZlyCloud Defense trên trang thuộc quyền của ZlyCloud hoặc bên cấp quyền. Tên các nền tảng được nhắc tới nhằm mô tả khả năng tích hợp (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Cloud, AWS CloudTrail) thuộc về chủ sở hữu tương ứng.
6. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, trách nhiệm của ZlyCloud đối với mọi thiệt hại phát sinh từ việc dùng dịch vụ không vượt quá tổng phí bạn đã thanh toán cho kỳ dịch vụ liên quan. ZlyCloud không chịu trách nhiệm với thiệt hại gián tiếp, mất dữ liệu hoặc gián đoạn kinh doanh do các cuộc tấn công mà giải pháp chưa kịp phát hiện hoặc ngăn chặn.
7. Thay đổi điều khoản
ZlyCloud có thể cập nhật điều khoản này, bản mới có hiệu lực khi đăng tại trang này kèm ngày cập nhật. Việc tiếp tục dùng dịch vụ sau thời điểm cập nhật được hiểu là bạn chấp nhận bản mới.
8. Luật áp dụng và liên hệ
Ngoại lệ có chủ đích so với Điều khoản dịch vụ chung: với khách hàng có địa chỉ tại Việt Nam, điều khoản này điều chỉnh theo pháp luật Việt Nam; tranh chấp trước hết được giải quyết bằng thương lượng, nếu không đạt được thì đưa ra tòa án có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam. Với khách hàng ngoài Việt Nam, áp dụng luật Singapore và cơ chế giải quyết tranh chấp theo mục 11 của bản chung.

1. Acceptance of terms
By using the ZlyCloud Defense product page, submitting the consultation request form or activating the service in the ZlyCloud dashboard, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the page and the service.
This document contains product-specific terms for ZlyCloud Defense and supplements ZlyCloud's general Terms of Service. The general Terms are the governing document: where the two conflict, the general Terms prevail, except for the two exceptions expressly stated in sections 4 and 8 below. Anything not covered in this document follows the general Terms.
2. Service description
ZlyCloud Defense is endpoint detection and response software (EDR/XDR) distributed by ZlyCloud, consisting of an agent installed on devices, cloud account monitoring through supported integrations, and an administration interface in the ZlyCloud dashboard. The feature scope follows the product page and the documentation in effect at the time of use.
The processing times stated on the page (for example, analysis in about 5 to 10 minutes) are typical capability, vary from incident to incident and are not a service level commitment (SLA). No security solution removes risk entirely; the service helps you detect sooner and respond faster, and does not guarantee that every attack will be stopped.
3. Registration and user responsibilities
Provide accurate information when requesting consultation and when activating the service
Install the agent only on devices lawfully managed by you or your organization
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to gain unauthorized access to third-party systems
Keep your own ZlyCloud account credentials secure
4. Pricing and payment
The service is charged per device, prepaid monthly or annually in Credits through the ZlyCloud Wallet, topped up with USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20). The Credit conversion value may change with the market at the time of top-up. You may cancel at any time. For invoicing, please contact the consulting channel before payment.
Deliberate exceptions to the general Terms of Service: (a) payment for ZlyCloud Defense is made in Credits through the ZlyCloud Wallet topped up with USDT TRC-20, in place of the methods listed in section 5.3 of the general Terms; (b) fees already prepaid for the current service period are non-refundable, including annual plans, and the pro-rated refund within the first 30 days described in section 5.5 of the general Terms does not apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual property
All content, images and the ZlyCloud and ZlyCloud Defense trademarks on this page belong to ZlyCloud or its licensors. The platform names mentioned to describe integration capability (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Cloud, AWS CloudTrail) belong to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZlyCloud's liability for any damage arising from use of the service does not exceed the total fees you paid for the relevant service period. ZlyCloud is not liable for indirect damage, data loss or business interruption caused by attacks that the solution did not detect or prevent in time.
7. Changes to these terms
ZlyCloud may update these terms; a new version takes effect when it is published on this page together with its update date. Continued use of the service after that point is taken as acceptance of the new version.
8. Governing law and contact
Deliberate exception to the general Terms of Service: for customers located in Vietnam, these terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam; disputes are first resolved by negotiation and, failing that, brought before the competent courts of Vietnam. For customers outside Vietnam, the laws of Singapore and the dispute resolution mechanism in section 11 of the general Terms apply.

Dieses Dokument enthält produktspezifische Bedingungen für ZlyCloud Defense und ergänzt die allgemeinen Nutzungsbedingungen von ZlyCloud. Die allgemeinen Bedingungen sind das maßgebliche Dokument: Bei Widersprüchen gelten die allgemeinen Bedingungen vorrangig, mit Ausnahme der beiden in Abschnitt 4 und Abschnitt 8 ausdrücklich genannten Ausnahmen. Was in diesem Dokument nicht geregelt ist, richtet sich nach den allgemeinen Bedingungen.
2. Leistungsbeschreibung
ZlyCloud Defense ist eine von ZlyCloud vertriebene Software zur Erkennung von und Reaktion auf Cyberbedrohungen (EDR/XDR). Sie umfasst einen auf den Geräten installierten Agenten, die Überwachung von Cloud-Konten über unterstützte Integrationen sowie eine Verwaltungsoberfläche im ZlyCloud-Dashboard. Der Funktionsumfang richtet sich nach der Produktseite und der zum Nutzungszeitpunkt geltenden Dokumentation.
Die auf der Seite genannten Bearbeitungszeiten (zum Beispiel eine Analyse in etwa 5 bis 10 Minuten) sind typische Werte, variieren je nach Vorfall und stellen keine Service-Level-Zusage (SLA) dar. Keine Sicherheitslösung beseitigt das Risiko vollständig; der Dienst hilft Ihnen, früher zu erkennen und schneller zu reagieren, garantiert aber nicht die Abwehr jedes Angriffs.
3. Registrierung und Pflichten der Nutzer

Den Agenten ausschließlich auf Geräten installieren, die Sie oder Ihre Organisation rechtmäßig verwalten
Den Dienst nicht für rechtswidrige Zwecke oder für den unbefugten Zugriff auf fremde Systeme nutzen
Die Zugangsdaten Ihres ZlyCloud-Kontos selbst sicher verwahren
4. Preise und Zahlung
Die Abrechnung erfolgt pro Gerät, im Voraus monatlich oder jährlich in Credits über die ZlyCloud Wallet, aufgeladen mit USDT im TRON-Netzwerk (TRC-20). Der Umrechnungswert der Credits kann sich zum Zeitpunkt der Aufladung marktbedingt ändern. Sie können jederzeit kündigen. Für eine Rechnungsstellung wenden Sie sich bitte vor der Zahlung an die Beratung.
Bewusste Ausnahmen von den allgemeinen Nutzungsbedingungen: (a) Die Zahlung für ZlyCloud Defense erfolgt in Credits über die ZlyCloud Wallet mit Aufladung per USDT TRC-20 anstelle der in Abschnitt 5.3 der allgemeinen Bedingungen genannten Methoden; (b) bereits im Voraus gezahlte Entgelte für die laufende Leistungsperiode werden nicht erstattet, auch bei Jahrespaketen, und die in Abschnitt 5.5 der allgemeinen Bedingungen beschriebene anteilige Erstattung innerhalb der ersten 30 Tage findet keine Anwendung, sofern nichts anderes schriftlich vereinbart ist.
5. Geistiges Eigentum
Sämtliche Inhalte, Bilder sowie die Marken ZlyCloud und ZlyCloud Defense auf dieser Seite stehen ZlyCloud oder seinen Lizenzgebern zu. Die zur Beschreibung der Integrationsmöglichkeiten genannten Plattformnamen (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Cloud, AWS CloudTrail) gehören den jeweiligen Inhabern.
6. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, ist die Haftung von ZlyCloud für Schäden aus der Nutzung des Dienstes auf die Summe der von Ihnen für die betreffende Leistungsperiode gezahlten Entgelte begrenzt. ZlyCloud haftet nicht für mittelbare Schäden, Datenverlust oder Betriebsunterbrechungen durch Angriffe, die die Lösung nicht rechtzeitig erkannt oder verhindert hat.
7. Änderungen der Bedingungen
ZlyCloud kann diese Bedingungen aktualisieren; eine neue Fassung wird mit ihrer Veröffentlichung auf dieser Seite samt Aktualisierungsdatum wirksam. Die weitere Nutzung des Dienstes nach diesem Zeitpunkt gilt als Zustimmung zur neuen Fassung.
8. Anwendbares Recht und Kontakt
Bewusste Ausnahme von den allgemeinen Nutzungsbedingungen: Für Kunden mit Sitz in Vietnam gilt vietnamesisches Recht; Streitigkeiten werden zunächst durch Verhandlung beigelegt und andernfalls vor die zuständigen Gerichte in Vietnam gebracht. Für Kunden außerhalb Vietnams gelten das Recht Singapurs und der Streitbeilegungsmechanismus nach Abschnitt 11 der allgemeinen Bedingungen.
